Dear Visitors,

On the behalf of the citizens of Bakonyjákó and as the mayor of the village I welcome You to our village. Our settlement is located southeast from Pápa, the village is embraced by the Bakonyi hills, and its population consists of 731 residents.

The communal infrastructure of our village (tap-water, electricity, gas, sewer system, telephone cables) is fully built. Our village’s inner territory has good quality, solid surfaced pavements which provide good transportation facilities for both the residents and the visitors. The well-looked-after green territories and parks full of flowers offer a great place to rest and relax.

Various programs organized by our non-profit organizations, associations and the local government await the visitors throughout the whole year. Our cultural programs offer a wide variety of colorful events; the Challenge Day, children-and village days during the summer, and You can be part of the whirl of the advent-celebrations in the winter season.
